Before undertaking any project, we assess whether the investment:

• improves the property’s appeal to the right buyer,
• shortens the time to sale without compromising positioning.

If the answer is no, we do not recommend the investment.

Eligibility criteria

Eligibility for HOW Concierge is determined by strategic assessment and takes into account factors such as:

• location and urban context,
• property type and functionality,
• target market segment,
• relationship between the cost of the project and the expected impact
on value or liquidity.

The goal isn't to turn poor properties into good ones. It's to enhance good properties that are poorly presented or poorly located.

Interventions are always:

• objective,
• with measurable impact,
• focused on ensuring profitability.

These may include painting, window frame adjustments, floor refinishing, minor repairs, deep cleaning, and, when appropriate, strategic home staging.
